CarX Street is an open-world racing game set in Sunset City. The Android store listing checked on 27 October 2026 uses the CarX Technologies publisher label and package com.carxtech.sr. Free installation is not a promise of unrestricted access to every car, upgrade or optional purchase.
Mobile access and paid content
CarX’s disclosure dated 31 May 2026 lists the iOS/Android game as free with in-game purchases and lists PC editions separately. Do not apply the mobile price model to a PC edition or assume an Android APK unlocks paid content. Check the actual product, platform, region and selected item before any purchase.
What the developer describes
The mobile description includes city and highway racing, drifting, clubs, a day/night cycle and car tuning. It describes changing engine, transmission, body, suspension and tyre components, alongside visual customisation. These are product descriptions rather than a benchmark or a list of items already unlocked in a particular save.
The earlier “all features without limits,” “flawless sound” and “most realistic” wording is not treated as a measured result. No frame-rate, audio, network or controller test was performed for this article.
A useful way to compare a car setup
This is a suggested comparison plan, not a played-through test:
- Read the chosen event’s requirements before spending in-game resources. Keep the car and event the same while learning its controls.
- Observe where a clean attempt loses time: braking, turning or acceleration. A faster engine is not automatically the answer to every handling problem.
- If the relevant tuning option is available, change one setting or component at a time. Keep a note of the previous value and compare under similar conditions.
- Separate visual customisation from the performance properties actually shown by the game. A new appearance alone is not proof of a faster result.
- Check the confirmation screen for a purchase and distinguish earned resources from paid currency. Do not assume a displayed upgrade is free.
Version, device and progress checks
Match the Android store requirements and available storage to your own device. A promotional screenshot cannot establish stable frame rate or support on every phone. PC and mobile releases also need their own controls, content and requirements; they are not interchangeable installers.
Check the game’s own account and progress options before reinstalling or replacing an existing copy. This page does not provide a tested save-transfer or recovery procedure.
